SF International Asian American Film Festival

This premiere Asian American Film Festival takes place throughout San Francisco and San Jose during the week of Mar 15-25.

This year, a few of the programs include projects by or including Taiwanese and Taiwanese American directors and actors. Get tickets before the shows are sold out and see some up and coming stars within our community!

Taiwanese American actor Kelvin Yu can also be seen in recurring rolls on Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip and other movies, and is currently in pre-production for a new NBC sitcom, Area 52.

Do Over is a feature film produced in Taiwan. Join our small group for movie and dinner here in the San Jose area by RSVP'ing on the Evite!

Taiwanese American director Arvin Chen is a fresh face on the scene and creates a wonderful short love story set in the Night Markets of Taipei.

NOTE: I have a DVD copy of Arvin's film "Mei" that I will raffle off. Send an email to admin@taiwaneseamerican.org with Mei DVD in the title, and I will randomly pick an entry out of a hat on April 22 and send you the DVD, courtesy of TaiwaneseAmerican.org!
